During opening hours, Beachim will usually be able to handle and package your order immediately. We try to deliver on the following day (no delivery on Sundays) within the Netherlands (longer when shipped to a different country). Deliveries are made between Mondays and Saturdays, not on Sundays (in the Netherlands).
If a delivery cannot be made because you are not at home, the deliverery service will leave you a notification. In that case, the notification will indicate if your order will be delivered again at a later date, has been delivered to one of your neighbors or will be delivered to the nearest (PostNL) pick-up point (in the Netherlands).
Note: when you receive the items you ordered, please inspect the exterior packaging for defects. In case of any defect, please report the defect to the transporter and contact us for further assistance.
Shipment within the Netherlands costs €6,00 per order, regardless of how many items have been ordered. The shipping costs within the Netherlands are free with an order of € 200,- or more.
Shipping costs to countries other than the Netherlands can be calculated on the My-shopping-bag page once you have placed one or more items in your cart.
Within the Netherlands, orders placed before 16h00 (CET) we try to deliver on the following day. Within the rest of the European countries, orders will be delivered between 3 to 5 working days.
Orders placed from a non-European country will have a delivery time of 7 to 20 working days.
Track & Trace and shipping confirmation
When your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation of shipment from Beachim at the email address you have provided, including a track-and-trace code. With this code, you can easily and quickly track the status of your order on the web-site of the delivery service.
